Bachelor cooking doesn't have to be a majorordeal. Hi, I'm Alexa Sparkman, and I have
a few quick tips for bachelor cooking. Let'sstart with an easy chicken tostada. If you
ever buy rotisserie chicken, it's hard tofigure out what to do with the leftovers after
you've had your chicken meal. A tostada isa quick and easy second meal to use with your
leftover chicken. Take the pieces of pulledchicken, some canned black beans, a little
grated cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and pilethem high on a tostada shell. It's a quick
and easy meal. Add a little fresh fruit, andyou're good to go. Another idea would be using
a fresh pasta. It cooks in just minutes. Addyour favorite jarred pasta sauce, a baguette,
and a fresh green salad, again, it's an easymeal that can be done in under twenty minutes.
It really is easy to add vegetables to yourmeal to get important nutrients. You can use
a fresh, green salad, using the dark green, leafy vegetables. Or, and individual pack
of frozen vegetables. It's quick, it's easyand it's done in the microwave in just seconds.
And those are some quick and easy, healthydinner ideas for bachelor cooking. I'm Alexa
Sparkman, until next time.
